Selling
If your house needs work, you have two options. Spend months and real money getting it ready, or sell it to us as it stands. We buy in any condition and close on your timeline.
Buying
Our houses are finished when we hand them over. Permitted work, new systems, and a renovation you can actually see the inside of.
About
Brad buys the house, runs the crew, and puts his name on the result. If something is wrong after closing, you call him, not a call centre.
