'Between' star Jennette McCurdy sells her hillside home in Studio City
Neal J. LeiteregActress Jennette McCurdy has sold her home in Studio City for $995,000, public records show.
Set up from the street on a cul-de-sac, the two-story Mediterranean has wide terrace balconies extending from each level. Views from the property take in the surrounding mountains and treetops.
Within 2,600 square feet of open living space is a family room, two fireplaces, a den/office, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sliding doors off the master suite open to a private balcony with a hot tub.

McCurdy bought the house three years ago for $905,000, records show. In September, the median sale price for single-family homes in Studio City was $1.6 million based on 23 sales, according to CoreLogic.

McCurdy, 24, gained fame on the Nickelodeon series iCarly and has also appeared on the shows Sam & Cat and Whats Next For Sarah. More recently she starred in the Netflix original series Between.
