Appeals court extends stay of judges order to build veterans housing
The U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has blocked a judge's order to build temporary housing on the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs' West Los Angeles campus by early next year, and set an accelerated schedule to hear the government's appeal of the order.
