Lauren BealeBrooke Burke of Dancing With the Stars fame and singer-actor-model David Charvet leased out one of their Malibu homes this summer at $50,000 a month and now have put it up for sale at $13 million.
The estate is still available for long-term lease at $35,000 per month.
The Italianate house sits on 3.5 acres with sprawling lawns, a rose garden, an orchard, a swimming pool and a cabana. A stone driveway, an 18th-century fountain and a courtyard with gas lamps complete the grounds.
Adding to the old-world vibe of the 6,769-square-foot house are limestone and walnut flooring, imported French fireplaces, custom ceiling details and hand-sculpted doors. There is a screening room, a 4,000-bottle wine cellar, a wood-paneled office, six bedrooms and four bathrooms. The lower level contains a bonus room and an off-season clothes closet.
Actress-model Burke, 42, cohosted the dance competition series from 2010 to 2013 and in 2008. She hosted Shes Got the Look from 2008 to 2010 and was on Rock Star in 2005-06. This year she appeared on the series Melissa & Joey.
Charvet, 42, was a regular on Melrose Place (1996-98) and Baywatch (1992-96). Last year he was in the action-adventure film Prisoners of the Sun.
They own a newly built mansion nearby.
