Dutch media celebrity Reinout Oerlemans has listed his 9,100-square-foot mansion overlooking an L.A. Country Club fairway in Beverly Hills for $32 million.

The chairman of Sherman Oaks–based 3 Ball Media Group and his wife, Danielle, have put their French chateau-style estate up for sale at 9966 Sunset Boulevard, according to the Robb Report.

The Oerlemans bought the six-bedroom, eight-bathroom home in fall 2021 for $19.1 million in an off-market deal from Lynda Brasali, the widow of Indonesian real estate mogul Aldo Brasali.

They used the proceeds from the $70 million sale of a 33,000-square-foot Bel-Air mansion to Abel Tesfaye, the Canadian singer known as the Weeknd, to pay for it.

Now the Oerlemans have decided to sell the Beverly Hills manse, built in 1989, after an extensive makeover. Brokers Branden and Rayni Williams of The Beverly Hills Estates hold the listing.

The white, two-story mansion looks over a wide glade, pool, spa and tennis court to the golf course beyond.

The 1-acre estate, tucked behind iron gates and towering hedges, wraps around the ivy-covered home fronted by a motor court.

A double-height foyer steps down to a fireside living room, formal dining room and a wood-paneled office and bar.

A chef’s kitchen has two islands, top-tier appliances and a breakfast room with a built-in hutch. A family room opens onto an outside dining area shaded by grapevines.

Upstairs bedrooms include a master suite with a fireplace lounge, dual walk-in closets and baths and French doors that open onto a balcony.

A former Dutch soap opera star, Reinout Oerlemans was the founder of Eyeworks, an Amsterdam-based television production company, which sold to Warner Bros. in 2014 in a package deal valued at more than $273 million, according to Robb.

His 3BMG, a content and production studio, has created shows such as “Bling Empire,” “My Unorthodox Life,” “Coming Out Colton,” “Come Dance with Me” and “Bar Rescue.” His wife, Danielle, is a professional road cyclist. The duo has been dubbed “the Netherland’s most famous media couple.”

A year ago in August, they bought a 7,500-square-foot home once owned by Alfred Hitchcock in the Bel-Air Country Club neighborhood for $8.8 million, according to Robb. They also own a pad in New York.
