Wilshire Skyline wants to build a 52-unit apartment complex straddling Beverly Hills and L.A.’s Beverly Grove. An affiliate of the Beverly Hills-based developer has filed plans to build the eight-story complex at 412 North Oakhurst Drive, Urbanize Los Angeles reported.
